Policies

Grace Period

If you are expecting to be late, please let me know in advance, and we can move the time! If you choose not to, I allow a 10 minute grace period, after which I charge an extra $10. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. This is out of respect for my own time, as I am a student.

Cancellations

I kindly ask that all cancellations be done 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made during that time period result in all future appointments requiring the service to be paid in advance.

Fills/Removals

Want a gel fill? No problem! Just keep in mind that I don't do fills over other technicians' work, but I'll be happy to remove it for you.
